3rd Junior High School of Rethymno organised a national dissemination event/conference in Rethymno, Greece. The objectives of the national dissemination event/conference entitled “Embedding "DIGITAL STEM LABS” contents into the school curriculum at secondary school level - Greek perspective” was as follows:
• To enable the presentation and wider discussion on the results of the project “Innovative Schools: Teaching & Learning in DIGITAL STEM LABS”, i.e. introduction to each of the intellectual outputs of the project: O1, O2, O3 and O4;
• To underline the impact of the project and Erasmus+ programme/relevant multilateral cooperation and mobility to the involved institutions from Greece;
• To discuss challenges as regards the further mainstreaming of the digital STEM educational provision and relevant student-centred learning methodology at the (lower/upper secondary) level in Greece.
The representatives of the following institutions will be invited:
• Relevant line ministries and national agencies in the field of education;
• Regional/local authorities' administrative bodies responsible for the educational system;
• The secondary school community/other secondary schools;
• Relevant higher education institutions as well as research institutions;
• Relevant non-governmental organisations/associations;
• Independent experts in the field of STEM education and distance learning.
Furthermore, the media was encouraged to cover the event in order to broaden publicity. The press release was disseminated to different media.
